There will be a $15 fee for evening and Saturday appointments in addition to patient's regular co-pay or office visit fee. HOWEVER, WE ARE WAIVING THE $15 FEE FOR WEEKDAY EXTENDED HOURS UNTIL LABOR DAY, 2008. There is still the convenience charge for Saturday visits.
